Are the Yamishuk vouchers specific to a certain area?
The coupons given to restaurants are not specific to the region. The same coupon is valid in both Beer Sheva and Katzrin.
How do I change the location of the meal?
You can change the destination easily - just inform us directly and we will change the menus. The link will remain the same and will automatically update according to the new information.
I don't know what time the group arrives. What should I write in the field?
If the group intends to arrive for lunch, please write 12:00. And if for dinner, write 18:00.
Should I notify Yamishuk if the group is late?
There is no need to inform Yamishuk about minor changes in the group's arrival except for cancellations or changes of a few hours (if the group will arrive for dinner instead of lunch or vice versa).
Do I need to notify regarding cancellation of a group's arrival?
Yes! Yamishuk asks to inform us of any cancellation of the group's arrival. The restaurants prepare for the arrival of a group and this helps them to prepare accordingly. You will, of course, receive a full refund for cancellations.
How do you make reservations for allergies?
It is important to note: Yamishuk deals in the field of coordinating meals, but it does not deal in the field of "food", it is not a manufacturer or seller of food, therefore it has no control and/or responsibility for the food purchased, its quality, production, freshness, kashrut etc. Likewise, Yamishuk is not responsible for the ingredients of the food, which includes allergens, and each diner must verify the ingredients of the food with the restaurant itself.
Gluten: write on the menus where there are gluten-free options
Milk: It is recommended to eat in meat restaurants
Nuts/sesame/peanuts, etc.: Yamishuk recommends coordinating the specific requirements with the restaurant directly to make sure the meal was prepared safely.
How do the users know how to get to restaurants?
Under each menu, there is a link to Google Maps that will direct them to the restaurant. For those who do not have active internet, there is a map with all the restaurants that work with Yamishuk (note that you can only go to the restaurants that appear on the menus - not the restaurants that appear on the map)
How many tastings do you get?
The number of tickets required is indicated in the tasting photo. The tastings cost between 1-3 tickets and each participant chooses how to redeem his/her tasting tickets according to their personal taste.
Can you combine meals and tastings?
Yes! In Mahane Yehuda you can add several tasting tickets with a meal voucher. There are many delicious options for a small dessert/tasting after the meal.
